5rely (“we”) provides one-time competitive positioning reports for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Email address — to deliver your PDF and, if you join early access, to notify you when checkout opens.
- Google Maps URL — to identify the public listing we analyse. We only use publicly available information.
- Payment details — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Basic technical data — such as IP and browser info from our host (e.g. Vercel) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your details to generate and email your report, process payment, send early-access notices you opted into, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep order and delivery records as needed for support, refunds, and legal obligations. You can email us to request deletion of early-access signup data.
